About the role:

Builtech Sverige AB is seeking an M&A Manager to play a crucial role in our continued journey as a leading company in the installation industry in Northern Europe. In this role, you will take responsibility for analyzing the market, identifying investment opportunities, and addressing them strategically to align with our long-term goals. You will establish and maintain close relationships with transaction advisors and company owners, building a robust network that supports our growth ambitions. Evaluating and analyzing companies will be a core part of your role, ensuring well-informed decisions that enhance our portfolio.
Your work will involve conducting commercial due diligence, preparing detailed reports, and organizing documentation for our investment committee. You will oversee the entire transaction process, from due diligence and contract negotiations to signing, closing, and post-closing activities. This comprehensive responsibility requires close coordination with external partners, service providers, and financing institutions to secure seamless integration and project execution.

As an M&A Manager, you will hold a vital position within our organization, directly contributing to Builtech Sverige AB’s success and industry leadership. Your Profile:

• You have a completed degree in business administration with a focus on business valuation/analysis, or Accounting & Finance, or another relevant qualification
• You already gained 3-5 years experience in structuring due diligence processes, in investment banking, at an auditing firm, or in corporate and/or project finance is desirable
• You demonstrate a high level of commitment, initiative, and a strong interest in challenges and diverse tasks
• Proactive behavior, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset are among your strengths
• You have excellent communication skills in English
